Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Khan Print.

All of our books are professionally printed and shipped through our trusted print partner, Lulu Direct. Because every order is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Orders:

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
  
• Clear photographs showing the damage or printing defect

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Cancellations:

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. For this reason, cancellation requests can only be accommodated if production has not yet started.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
